Communion Rules

1. Non-Catholics are not permitted to receive.
2. You must be fasting:
  - - Three hours from solid foods and alcohol
    - One hour from other liquids
    - Water may be taken at any time
3. You must be in the state of sanctifying grace. (confessed and absolved from any mortal sins)
4. You must be modestly dressed.
5. No Communion in the hand.
6. At the traditional Mass, the communicant does not say “Amen.”
